On the Fourth of July in New Orleans, the heat seems to trigger havoc in the streets. Holly, Nick and Keeley arrive at a bloody scene where a woman could lose her arm after a bar fight. Then at the scene of a car accident, a first responder is assaulted while trying to tend to the victims. As fireworks explode across the city, police officers Randy and Devin catch a teenage bike thief and offer some tough love to get his life back on track.
